I’ve build a small code project that builds a simple 2D Starfield live wallpaper for Android.

It’s based on the 3D Cube example from the Android SDK. This is open source using the Apache 2.0 Licence, so feel free to download it, redistribute it, etc.

This picture really represents a 2D parallax starfield well.
